Mike was born in Raleigh and is an Appalachian State graduate. He has a degree in education and is the father of three boys.

Susie Paschal grew up in Statesville and moved to Clayton in 1994 where she worked with the Clayton Parks and Recreation Department for 19 years.  After leaving the department she then went into Playground Sales throughout NC.  She lives in Clayton along with her husband and construction manager Joe Paschal.  Joe and Susie have 3 adult daughters that graduated from Corinth Holders and Clayton High School.  The oldest is a teacher at Thanksgiving Elementary and the younger two are sophomores at Campbell University and UNCW.  Susie has always been very involved in the community serving on various committees throughout Clayton.

Joe Paschal grew up in Durham and moved to Clayton in 2009.  Joe is an Army Veteran, and has an extensive background in carpentry.  Joe was a trim carpenter for 6 years.  He used his expert carpentry skills and started building custom sheds in 2009.  Over the past 12 years Joe has over 2500 sheds under his tool belt.  Joe takes the time to discuss options with the customers and makes sure each customer is completely satisfied.  His love for carpentry developed at a young age when he would go to work with his grandfather.
